Multi-purpose high productivity Air Filtration Machine "Eco-Vesta"

Features       "ECO-VESTA" for industrial use has been developed and built in Russia (Perm) by JSC "Ventmontazh" (which means in Russian, Mounting Ventilation Systems). In 2002, manufacturing application of ECO-VESTA took place at the Oil&Gas Engineering Factory "Synergia-N" in Russia. Since then, ECO-VESTA has been successfully operating (without claims) for more than 2 years.
       The results of laboratory tests held in November 2004 after ECO-VESTA has been working stationary during 5000 hours, have proved that its high efficiency in fixation of harmful air contaminants, remains practically unchanged.
       By now, we have obtained two Patents of the Russian Federation on the design solutions of the air purification machine ECO-VESTA, No.42439 (2004) and No.48278 (2005).

       Brief Description of the Physical Processes Involved and General Application Characteristics
Product Features
       High productivity machine for air purification (of so called wet type) ECO-VESTA currently is the only device where due to the utilized design solutions, the unique screening effect on the path of the air being cleaned (decontaminated), has been achieved. As the result of the interaction between the liquid (cleaning agent) and the newly used material, in the boundary (interface) layer on the working surfaces of ECO-VESTA, the ideal media for quenching the speed of contaminator particles, droplet formation and transportation of the scaldered contaminant to the slurry tank for the purpose of subsequent removal (and recycling).
       ECO-VESTA can fight any harmful contaminant from either circulating air or air outputs. The pre-requisite is that such particle(s)/gase(s) must be sorbed by water. Maximal concentration of a contaminant in the air to be purified should not exceed 150 g/cub.m.

       All design (project) documentation on ECO-VESTA machines is developed by the designers individually to the requirements specification to be co-ordinated with a Customer.

      Advantages
      
1. ECO-VESTA is unprecedented from the point of durability (because no filters with limited sorption ability is involved, the only scaldering agent is water which has to be refilled from time to time but such liquid is very cheap and available) and productivity;
2. ECO-VESTA does not change the natural composition of the atmosphere;
3. The efficiency of air purification meets the requirements of the best world practice, but if one considers also the stability and consistency of the эксплуатационных характеристик aty their high level, then ECO-VESTA is even better than the compatibles;
4. Investments into the purchase of ECO-VESTA and its running costs are significantly lower than in the case of any other high-speed air purification machine;
5. The state-of-the-art electronics enables not only to automate the functioning of ECO-VESTA by means of (at the same time keeping the availability of its easy manually controlled operation) but also to control the original technology process itself hindering it in the event of atmospheric injection;
6. ECO-VESTA is energy saving: each cubic meter of the purified air per hour requires only 1 W of electricity;
7. ECO-VESTA not only scalders the contaminants but accumulates them for subsequent usage as recycling.

It is within our competence and ability to improve the quality of the air we breath so that the people on the Earth are healthy. The existing demand is that we need to make everything to achieve this.
